With HousingBudget, you streamline the budgeting process. It becomes easier to budget across the housing association’s many estates. You no longer have to keep track of several different versions or worry that someone will change data he or she is not allowed to. Employees can draw up budgets for their respective estates at the same time. Most important of all: There’s an end to distribution of Excel files.
Functionalities
- Budget: Here, you can prepare specific estate budgets on the basis of the most recent 5 years of accounts, 3 years of budget figures and centrally set prices and rates.
- Overview: Here, you get an overview of the budget on the individual accounts – and thus across estates.
- Reports: Here, you find all available reports gathered into one easy-to-grasp overview.
- Print / export: Here, you can easily and simply print or export budget data to, for example, EG Housing, all depending on your needs.
- Operation & maintenance: Here, you will find an overview of items in operations and maintenance to support the budgeting process. The planned maintenance is compared to the allocation (real and budget), so the progress in this area can be projected.
- Import: Here, you can import data from other systems as desired for the budget model.
HousingBudget is fully integrated with EG Bolig, so realised numbers and budget figures from previous years are accessible – just as the budget can, of course, be read back to EG Bolig without manual entries.
